The states there are FRONT-LINE nuclear states who are ACTIVE participants. Or how many African presidents did you see there even though they received invites to the event?

Nigeria, being a non-player in the nuclear scene, should have done the honourable thing by sending a modest delegation to the event especially considering the numerous issues ravaging the country, like economic meltdown and the FUEL SCARCITY since Buhari also serves as the country's substantive PETROLEUM MINISTER.

President Buhari isnt clueless n understands the economic and security implications of participating in a very important global discussion like the alternative energy from Nuclear sources ,viz-a-viz global terrorism issues.
