This a sad weekend for Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Chief Audu Ogbeh as he has lost his mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Egbi Ogbeh to the cold hands of death. Mama Ene-Egbi reportedly died Sunday morning.

Benue State Deputy Governor, Engr. Benson Abounu was one of the first callers that visited to condole Chief Ogbeh and his family at their Otukpo residence over the death.Speaking during the visit,Engr. Abounun called on the family to bear the irreparable loss with fortitude.He was accompanied by his wife, Justice Mary Abounu, top politicians and government functionaries including his Chief of Staff, Mr. Abel Ikwom, Otukpo caretaker chairman, Mr. Used Ijachi and Ado APC chieftain, Engr. Sunday Oche.They were received by Mr. Stephen Ogbeh who stood in for the minister who is outside the country for a national assignment.
