Glad to know of your interest in the raingun. However, for effective utilization of raingun, kindly answer the following questions:
1. What is your water source? ?
Rainguns are best used where the water source is a stream, river , dam .. any perennial water body.. that does not run dry. Equally good in a man-made dam and excavated streams - giving a good pool of water.

Borehole is not advised with raingun. However, where the land area to be irrigated is small, it can be deployed with maximum efficiency. Though. You will be pumping from a water reservoir ( concrete or plastic or metal or earthen)

2. Farm size: however big your farm size, the cheapest form of irrigation to use is raingun but it is subject to water availability. Refer to question 1 for details.

3. What crops are you cultivating? ? Water availability is critical to choice of irrigation.


Giving you a quote is not a problem but giving you the right suggestions to solve your specific farm conditions
