The quote is fair but it seem electrical pipe work, protector and window are on high side. Confirm from him the type of material hes using for your windows. Pipe work of 180k is really on a high side.

and what are u doing with 10 trips of plaster sand? are u building a new house? How many chambers will 110k build? are u going to live inside the chambers? abeg look for other estimates.

i think the prices are ok. the sequence is good but you can do it in phases if u dont have the full cash.
phase 1:you must do electrical piping and plumbing before you start plastering. to checkmate the engr. you can buy the cement and plastering sand gradually.
phase 2: after plastering u will start window protectors installation and doors plus the plumbing for the waste to soak-away.
phase 3: electrical wiring - this is an expensive phase
phase 4: tilling - also an expensive phase
phase 5: screeching + wardrobes +kitchen cabinets + painting
phase 6: electrical fitting + plumbing fittings + landscaping + water etc.

1.) The second room was converted to a kitchen
2.) The corridor was added to the master bedroom
3.) Another exit door was created in the new kitchen.
4.) The BQ was converted to a study/gym

you have to consider the high in cost of materials but I suggest you need to get the measurements of your windows before finalizing on the price. Start with your electrical piping either conduit or surface then you can proceed to your plumbings. Best of luck sir

U are mistaken. U were counting the balconies and the doors as windows. moreover about 6 windows there are 24 by 24inches. They should cost way less. Also any fabricator that plans to use very superior materials tend to brag about it in the quotation.
4ft by 4ft casement windows still cost less than 30k a piece.
