A Facebook user who is from the affected community couldn't hide her feelings as to state of this bridge. She said: "This is Nkannah bridge, the bridge that connects my community, Arochukwu with her neighbouring state Akwa Ibom,. Since I was a child and now a mother, nothing has been done to assuage the plight of commuters on this road. Arochukwu roads from whichever end is begging for attention. Entering thishistoric city even from the Ohafia Abia state end is even a worse nightmare thanwhat you see in these pictures.#ArochukwuRoadNko" ===> http://www.metropillar.com/2016/04/see-state-of-bridge-that-connect.html 3 Likes 3 Shares

Nigerians need to be holding their leaders accountable especially state governors. We tend to focus more on the Fed govt and forget about state governors who are as useless as a condom vending machine in the Vatican City. This is an eyesore. 28 Likes 1 Share |

The bridge should be a Federal road bridge...& state governments (especially now that most of them are bankrupt due to massive looting & debts) are scared of touching anything Federal since they wont b reimbursed immediately. Buh dis 1 is horrible..mehn! |
