Bross, abeg download the FREE book first and read. Let's address your point afterwards. You are making a point from within man-made paradigms. Human machines are nearly 100% inefficient. It is not a thing of wisdom to attribute humankind's lack of imagination to Nature. Nature's systems are 110% efficient sef.

A thing of irony is that in Nature, friction IS necessary to make the idea of perpetual motion workable. Friction is not to be avoided it is to be encouraged.
