Some men of the Nigerian Army, yesterday, brutalised and shot at a motorist for having an argument with a soldier over the right of way. The motorist, identified as barrister Olajide Sipe, was pursued in a hot chase by soldiers numbering about four from 23 Road Mobil petrol station.
