In the last administration, they took the payment of salaries, arrears and allowances for granted because it was always paid between 22nd to 25th of every month. But today they are praising and also begging for their allowances and arrears which are even their entitlements. Such is life.

What is new DAT they paid on the 25th of April, how r we so sure is everybody DAT was paid . The last administration did it,so is not new OK.
