Impossible.

The law makers are more guilty of those criminal acts.

I was banned at 8.16pm and later unbanned at 09.16pm just this night, nairaland I hail ooooooo.

just trying to pass on a very useful information, I chooses a wrong Section, it violates the section rule and I was banned, wonderful!!!

anyway, I'm back that's most important thing

Even as I'm against explicits and strong words, I still believe that it'll only be hypocritical of any government of a country of different religious beliefs to do that. Parents are suppose to do their homework on their children. Don't enforce religious laws on people in a Democratic dispensation
u re smart

This bill can never work in Nigeria. It seems Uganda is either an Islamic state or is a very backward country.
Actually Ugandans religion is 82% Christians, only 12.1% Muslims. Maybe the Christians dont want such things there.

Well..I just hope they are not hypocrites sha because this bill is just too harsh. A year imprisonment would have been quite okay, but 10? That's just cruel

is this what will make the country move forward? SMH for Africa. we still have a long way to go. I still maintain my stand that governments should focus on economic policies that'll ensure growth of their nation and leave punishments on religious matters to God.

You just brought it to my notice that Christianity supports pornography.

One thing is to make law or decree another thing is to enforce the law. The act of all levels of Prostitution is very very high in Uganda yet prostitution is illegal in country. Laws doesn't go straight clauses that goes with it will hamper the enforcement.
