I thought the EFCC is looking for him? He should honor the EFCC invitation to clear his name. I don't begrudge anyone's success but I also don't support stealing of public funds.

EFCC can only investigate FIRST, those people whose case are recent and whose evidence have not been destroyed. At least that makes the case a little less complicated for them. Those recent ones might eventually open way for the other not so recent ones.

Worst case senerio, saraki will be impeached and 1 naira will not come out.

I heard over the radio that the EFCC is looking for him. If his hands are clean (and I will be very pleasantly surprised), he should honor the invitation of the EFCC and have his name cleared. If he is running from the EFCC, then it would be obvious that he partook in the looting of the treasury.
