It has not been easy for Niki Minaj and her family as her brother faces rape charges for allegedly raping and assaulting a 12 year old. Jelani Maraj, has been charged with first degree rape. Maraj allegedly raped a 12-year-old ... this according to Newsday. Nicki is close to her older brother, and even paid $30k to help foot the bills for his wedding back in August. It appears authorities claim the rape happened on Long Island, NY.
