You can consider setting up an LPG Station on your land if it meets the safety requirements.

It is a business you can never regret venturing into, if you get it right.
I urge you to conduct an independent research on the business.
If you are not impressed with the findings, don't contact me. By the way, I install gas systems.
an LPG station will cost like how much?

wake up! There's big money on the internet. Those who sold you eBooks may not be making money themselves, but it doesn't mean one can't make money online. What works for one may not work fot another, it's just about finding your angle. I have not only made money online, but also taught a few individuals who are doing well.

Venturing into some of this business lines is one thing and surviving is another. Some pre-existing 'goliath' companies have taken most of these customers cus they are stable enuf to provide warranty, special services, high quality and goodwill.

A good business plan with a resonable well detail cash flows, cordination, customer service and ADEQUATE CAPITAL should suffice.. So u wont get kicked outta the market bt dominate

The OP is right by not including online business.
See most of these online businesses are easier said than done. Even most of the so called gurus who claim to have made millions through online business are lieing. They make money by just teaching people and charge a fee.

Most people who fall victims of these online business Crap/bullshit are either lazy or have a Lotto-Mentality (i.e want to make millions with little or no capital).

I am speaking from experience.

The business ideas listed are the best as long as Nigeria is concern.

Your pain is understandable, but you don't have to jump to an erroneous conclusion. At least, you should know that Linda Ikeji doesn't sell ebooks and she's raking in big money every month. That one example alone nullifies your post.

Nigeria, a country with over 170 million people. Most businesses are bound to succeed in Nigeria if planned properly. Our population is our saving grace. Our population is why we are called Giant of Africa.

The problem with most small businesses in Nigeria is the small sightedness of the business owner. They think small and end up being small. Some of these SMEs still think and do business like we are in the 15th century.

Nice write up OP. I'm starting up two businesses that you mentioned immediately to compliment my other business.

I am wondering why you did not mention any form of online business, meanwhile, there are over 5 million Nigerians using the internet today. Don't you think including it will be a very good idea?

The internet offers a lot of opportunities for Nigerians...please let us not leave it out yet. Afterall, there are many Nigerians running legitimate business online. My views though!

Why don't you add it yourself, and elaborate the details and aspects of it where you believe money can be made.
