The guy no dey try all... Delta state is yet to see any development despite the huge federal allocation. Salaries are yet to be paid.

If Osun State can build upstairs standard schools with facilities students need in class, I challenge Okowa to do more better than this. I'm not condemning this project rather agitate for standard one.
