FIGHTING & PREVENTING CANCER

BROCCOLI.

This vegetable works on activating certain genes in our body that have ability to fight cancer and also deactivate those that cause tumors in our body. It is also a good source of Iron, vitamin B1, omega 3 fatty acids, protein, magnesium, calcium, Zinc and selenium. The condition on this is that you must eat at-least 3 times a week and you don’t have to consume much broccoli to get a large amount of your daily requirement. For 100 calories—only 5% of a 2,000-calorie diet you get about ten grams of fiber.

However, the development of cancer which is related to three metabolic problems in the body. Namely, Chronic Inflammation, Oxidative Stress and Inadequate Detoxification. According to medical reports, Broccoli serves as Three in one fighter. The unique combination of antioxidant, anti inflammatory, and pro detoxification components in broccoli make it a special food/Vegetable in terms of cancer prevention.

GINGER.

Ginger is hot and spicy, it adds a very great taste to our food. It is a root from a tropical plant and does miracles with it’s extraordinary effect of being able to kill ovarian cancer cells or any type of cancer cells developing in the body.
Ginger has an ability to block cancer from growing and works more effectively than any Cancer drugs, it also limits growth and decrease the secretion of any cancer causing factors. Ginger vegetables can be consume fresh, dried or powdered as a spice, in any form you prefer.

MORINGA.
So many things found in nature mostly have one or two benefits in our health and Moringa is one of those nature found vegetable that can treat many diseases, it can boost our energy. Moringa is one of the vegetables that prevent or fight Cancer cell effectively, it levels the hormonal disturbances that increase the risk of cancer.
Moringa has substances like isothiocyanates and glucosinolates which help in fighting cancer, most especially ovarian cancer.

Moringa leaves are source of many vitamins and minerals. One cup of fresh Moringa chopped leaves (21 grams) contains the following (2):

Magnesium: 8% of the RDA.

Vitamin B6: 19% of the RDA.

Riboflavin (B2): 11% of the RDA.

Iron: 11% of the RDA.

Vitamin C: 12% of the RDA.

Vitamin A: 9% of the RDA.

Protein: 2 grams.

Moringa is also used topically for treating series of infection, dandruff, snakebites, warts, and wounds. Moringa is also used to reduce swelling, and it increases Sex drive.
