Its funny I have always been a true fan of this website but when I saw this lad face I just had to register on nairaland. I knw this youngman when I schooled up north in Niger State,during those days he ran a provisional store in the town I schooled and I believe its still booming no doubt but haba! I can't just believe this crap. Besides me living in gwarimpa, I also work in the real estate value chain. I am saying this with the benefit of hindsight, there is no place in gwarimpa ,where this kind of duplex will go 30 million.

Asides those two, who needs to be extremely smart to have such opportunities, it will be hard for any other SUG President to have 5 millions in his or her acct!

I used to be student union executive, so I speak from experience. You cannot go Scot free with any money collected. Students and Parliament are always on your neck. You can't even sideline ur executive members to go meet politicians.

Even if your team is gifted with 2million, A president can't have more than 400k and you have plenty mouth to feeds.

In fact, I doubt any student president can own such a house from monies gotten from his office either by hook or crook
