If Hitler had won WW2, the world would have imbibe the culture of poor/honesty because you would have nothing to loose and the society would have plenty to gain. But since the allied forces won the war, rewrote history and brought about capitalism, For that reason, the world would ever be dishonest to get rich because that's the concept embedded in capitalism.
