How Badeh Received N1.1bn Abuja Property’s Title Document – Witness by wecgreatnaija(m): 6:51am On May 20, 2016
A Third prosecution witness in the ongoing trial of a
former Chief of Air Staff and later Chief of Defence
Staff, Air Marshal Alex Badeh (retd.), before a Federal
High Court in Abuja, Mr. Husseini Umar, elaborated on
his roles in the alleged purchase of a N1.1bn in Abuja
for Badeh.
Earlier on Wednesday, Umar, a lawyer, while being led in
his evidence by the lead prosecuting counsel, Mr. Rotimi
Jacobs (SAN), narrated to the court presided over by
Justice Okon Abang how he helped Badeh to buy the
property at No 6 Ogun River Street, Off Danube Street,
Maitama, Abuja.
