The sim cards unlimited plan is capped at 4mbps. It’s the wttx you can sub for plans up to 30mbps.

You're right, 8k is far from smooth depending on the length of the video, but 4k is easy on multiple devices. Although 8k on YouTube is highly optimized for streaming.

It's about 4-5mbps. And yes, it's unlimited and no FUP but your speed will not exceed 5mbps. If you can deal with that, then you are good.

Enough for 720p movies, no buffering streaming via my Cocotv app

I have used my MiFi with a GLO/MTN sim card in it for Netflix a number of times when I was visiting. Watching netflix on my laptop though. Have not tried it on TV. I had no issues with the connection itself. However, it does zap data of course. Honestly, these streaming services are best enjoyed when data is not an issue.

yeah, i use both glo and airtel huawei mifis for netflix streaming on my laptop very smooth on 480p.[sd]. i use it on tv too but the streaming is not as smooth cos its 720p[early hd]. hence i use a router that allows sim for Netflix on tv, 720p is stable, 1080p sometimes(latenight, early morning).

yea 480p is ok on my laptop but not great on tv.
hd(720/1080p) is better tho.

There is clear difference between the MTN mifi and normal phone network.

If there isn't network in your location, there isn't.. even the mifi can't help you..
