The group in PH became divided into two again.

PDP had three parallel factions.

Two of the three factions were united tonight.
The two united group will later meet the third group for unification. But the unification has not been done.

It is cheering to see the PDP doing things the good old way. The resort to law suit to resolve the most trifle of disagreement should be discouraged.
With the crisis slowly ebbing, it is hoped that the PDP can settle down to the business of opposition politics. There is so much to talk about and the muteness of the party on national issues has fuelled the rumour that the party is about to go under.
The PDP remains a potent challenge to the APC. The lacklustre performance of the APC has made a return to Aso-rock a quicker possibility than envisaged. PDP really need to seize the moment.
