Dat is how PIB is being tossed about! About 70% of the oil wealth is personalized by them. All these r shrouded in topmost secrecy, & billions are fraudulently stolen by a few greedy, terrible people! & the people just go on grumbling & whinning, instead of staging a major war against the enemies of the State.
