This role has oversight for the evaluation of companies/ clients, relationship management with approved companies for the purpose of loan @work sales to members of staff of identified companies.
 Analyses company’s financial status and credit evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loans to their members of staff

 Sale and marketing of bank products to companies and/ or individuals as well as promoting Company’s services

 Explain the different types of loans and credit options that are available as well as the terms and conditions of those services to companies

 Documentation of loan agreement with identified companies, review same to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy and in collaboration with Legal department

 Supervise to ensure that direct sales executives mine from existing relationship with identified companies in order to promote sales for the Company.

 Analyse potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospective companies/ clients

 Stay abreast of market analysis, new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to maintain competitiveness and to meet customer/ client’s needs

 Advice management on applicable credit policies, credit lines, procedures and standards in conjunction with credit risk management department
 Must be self-motivated

 Possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

 Must demonstrate exceptional analytical skills

 Must be able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

 Must possess relationship building, negotiation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills

 Must demonstrate very good leadership ability.

 Must be able to provide clear direction to colleagues and management.

 Must have excellent communication skills both, verbal and written.
 First degree from an accredited University

 Minimum of 5 years working experience with networking / presentation / reporting / excel skills

 Excellent customer service skills
