2 months ago I bought a mini laptop, it was working properly UNTILL last week Friday. It the started boot looping(restarting continuously) I then removed and replaced the battery thinking it would help, but when I turned it on its power light came on, the fan and hard-disk were making noise but the laptop showed nothing on the screen ......PLEASE CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE PROBLEM AND THE SOLUTION |

why did you do a BIOS update?
and you shouldn't have pulled the battery. |

Your system needs to be checked, You have learnt the hard way that it is not everything you install on your laptop. Not everything is good for it. I am thinking that the bios has been affected or something needs to be uninstalled on your hard disk. Visit a laptop technician for assistance, if you live in festac and environs, I am available. |

changing the bios chip which can be found most time close to the cmos battery is another way out for your laptop to come alive...if you care to know more about the way out, check my signature for more info... |

I'll advice you take it to a good laptop engineer. First of all replace that cmos ba3,if you still have the one you remove before put it back, get another RAM and troubleshoot.. Since you say it's not showing anything on the screen but power on... |
