It depend on the quantities of the item. For such item to contain the ministers office, probably its was just 2 bags of rice, 3 carton of indomie, 10bags of pure water and 5thousand naira envelop

Oga, you shouldn't be defending such an inherently defective pseudo-logic as the ludicrous one you're propounding with this much ferocity.

Everyone knows that it's standard practice that when such a donation is being made, the said donations are supposed to be given to the custodian of the state alongside a statement of what it is meant for. The custodian of the state(as in this case, the minister and FCT) will then accept it on behalf of the starving, impoverished IDPs who have now been left to their devices by the consummate ineptitude of the FCT headed by that arrogant guy.

All in all, Dangote's action was in accordance with standard practice and the Abuja-based IDPs have their minister's over-inflated ego or ulterior motives to blame for the succor that Dangote in his philanthropy has tried to provide and which he's doing his best to thwart.
