Add Remote Control
Get in the car and close the door. Insert the Key and turn on the ignition. Insert the Programmer into the OBD Port. After the sound (Dee-), it will start to add the remote control.
After the sound (Dee- Dee-), open the door. When you hear the sound blaring, press ‘Lock & Unlock’ key at the same time. Then press the’ lock’ key. If the blaring stops, the Remote Control has been successfully added.
Note: To add the Remote Control, move the Switch to the right.

Add Transponder Key
Get in the car and close the door. Insert the Main key and turn on the ignition. Insert the Programmer into the OBD port. If it sounds twice, it will start to add the Key.

Two to three minutes after the sound (Dee-Dee-), the anti-theft light will come on. Remove the key (Anti-theft light will flash) and insert the new key (you do not need to turn the key).

The Anti-theft light will go off afterwards.

Note: To add the Key, move the Switch to the left.

the problem is with the connector head. One or more of the pins is not making contact with the car obd port. Look at the scanner connector head well, u will see it. Alternatively use another person's cable. It will work.
