Please what could be the cause of loss
of interest in sex coming from the man in less than a year of marriage despite the interest shown by his wife. This man in question is very healthy, loves his wife and is not cheating on her with any other woman. They are financially comfortable and also expecting their 1st child.

Poor sleep
Unresolved quarrels
Adjusting to new environment
Overenthusiasm in early sex life.
Fear of the pregnant form of the wife
Illness - malaria, typhoid fever, diabetes, etc.

You say she's pregnant?Some men lose desire in sex when their wives get pregnant.
Another factor could be boring sex.If you don't spice up your sex life,it could become boring.Missionary all the time
Stress could be another factor even though you say he's healthy.
Finally,how old is he?Declining libido could be a factor.

She believes the man doesn't love her anymore and now is suspicious that he might be having an affair. But the truth is that this man truly luvs and provides for her but just doesn't get into the mood for sex any more which I think is still too early
