Integrity is the quality of been honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.It means doing the right thing all times and in all circumstances,whether or not anyone is watching.Building a reputation of integrity takes years,but it takes only a second to lose,so never allow yourself to do anything that will damage your integrity.

Why Do We Need To Build Our Integrity?
There are several reasons why integrity is so important.
First,living a life of integrity means that we never have to spend time or energy questioning ourselves.When we listen to our hearts and do the right thing,life becomes simple.Our life,and our actions,are open for everyone to see,and we don't have to worry about hiding anything.
When we have integrity,we gain the trust of our leaders,our departmental mates,our friends.We're dependable,and,when we hold ourselves accountable for our actions we become role models for others to follow.

Do not allow yourself to get enticed into believing that “while they may be dishonest with others, they would never be dishonest with me.” If someone is dishonest in any aspect of his life you can be guaranteed that he will be dishonest in many aspects of his life. You cannot dismiss even those little acts of dishonesty, such as the person who takes two newspapers from the stand when they paid for only one.
