The Ooni of Ife Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi(Ojaja II) in company of his queen Olori Wuraola Ogunwusi(Yeyelua) on Monday pulled quite a crowd of people both local and foreign at a get-together to celebrate the Yoruba culture in New York. they are both using state fund. we have funds in ife that the town generates from farming especially cocoa (millions of naira generated annually ) that goes into a development account in which the king is the signatory. Why do you think the modakeke ife war was fierce? It was a fight over farmland.
The war was also financed on both sides from proceed of cash crops. You think businessmen like the previous and present ooni would use such money to fund trips.lol.Even Mike adenuga is not that wasteful.

All major Yoruba towns have similar funds for the development of the town.
