Please advise on methods to track shipment.

I have received a mail from them stating my order has been shipped. Till date no further info

There are shipping categories with gearbest. 1. Ordinary Mail Parcel 2.) Registered Mail Parcel EXPEDITED SHIPPING 3.) African Express 4) COURIER COMPANIES: DHL, UPS, etc.
So you need to specify which shipping option that you used. Besides, www.17track.net can handle most (not 100%) of tracking cases.

There's no 7 days delivery from the options.

one thing you should know in shipping is the reliance on estimations.
No human can be exact on movement of goods or persons across long distances with precision.
Therefore the interval given above are largely worst case scenarios.
The last order of mine was shipped via Belgium Post on 1/02/18 and reached me on 13/02/18, so as you can see, it may be faster except on forseen and/or unforseen circumstances that could delay.
This applies to all categories of shipping mentioned above.

I bought a product through gear best but unfortunately the product didn't arrive, So they agreed to refund me back they gave me two options either they refund me to my gear best wallet or the account of payment i picked the account of payment! the problem now is that I paid through "Pay pal with credit card" i received a notification from pay pal that i have been refunded but the money is not reflecting in my account though they said in the mail it'll take 48hrs but am not sure if it'll actually enter my account since we Nigerians cant receive fund through pay pal.

Don't worry, all refunds will reflect in your bank account after some days. Refunds are different from receipts of payment under PayPal context.

Hi, Thanks for you good work..
I noticed that when buying on AliExpress, the goods are shipped separately except if all orders are from one particular store tend they ship together and for every delivery I pay #500 at the post office.

Now to my question, based on your experience on Gearbest do they ship all items from different stores together at once, cos I'm trying to save cost here.

As an online platform, it doesn't even exist locality based commodities exchange point as the conventional markets, rather an internet platform for sellers and buyers to meet. So seller A may be based in Sokoto, seller B in Aba, seller C in Lokoja. When added to cart, you made payment, each seller will ship differently to you directly. Except goods sold as Fulfilled by AliExpress (if any).
On the other hand, gearbest is an online store. That can assemble all your orders into one package and ship, except goods that are stocked in a different warehouse eg. Hong Kong warehouse. That has to be shipped differently from the rest, Since it is not in their usual warehouse.

It's the Nipost payment for each pick up that's killing me.

Although paying the few extra bucks can be worth it, Gearbest free shipping does work.
