Why should this come as a surprise to any sane person? Yet, these are the fools favored by the British people to rule nigeria? It is nothing else other than to use the gullible to lord it over the rest of nigeria as long as they can to enable them rape nigeria, but such criminal act can not last forever. We are coming strongly and with a bang to destroy their shackles on us and get freed from this evil maniacs.
On the other hand, Igbos still rule in highest literacy level in nigeria. That Lagos attained the highest percentage stems from the fact that Igbos make up about 50% of Lagos population. The two following states, Imo and Anambra are 100% Igbo states. I think there is error in this report as Delta state is supposed to come before Ekiti state and i didn't see Ebonye state in all these.
