FG has finally removed the fuel subsidy causing PMS price to rise by 60 percent. This will eventually lead to a 60 percent increase in prices of most goods in market including basic food items without a corresponding increase in your salary.

Additionally CBN has decided to finally float the naira. leaving our currency at the mercy of market forces although this is a generally good move in the long term, it has made the naira loose about 30 percent of its value. This has led to an increase in the price of imported materials by roughly 30 percent without a corresponding increase in your salary.
