Good day house, I have tried to search online on the topic of Alloy RIM care in Nigeria, but found little info. I therefore throw this open to experienced house members to shed light on different aspects of care for one's Alloys. Particularly when it has scratches and one is thinking of best way to polish or respray it.
Do we know specialists who do it or any good car painter can as well reface Alloys in a way it wont peel off or look scruffy again after a few months?

I was almost tempted to take my rims to those road side accessory sellers to use those can sprays on them but for sure, those kind of fixes wont last and not the kind I need.

Alloys are also expensive to buy, so best is to know how to correctly restore the ones on the car. So over to you gentlemen and ladies of the house.

Please share your tips, ideas and knowledge for us to all learn from.

what i did with mine was take it to a car painter, who did a full job on it, from sandpapering it to painting to clearcoat. as if he is painting a car. came out very good. spent about 12k
