I set aside about 60% monthly and then invest in government securities every 6 month. The interest is reinvested. I started this 4 years ago and now, it has grown to almost 8 million Naira. It is not practically impossible to save 50% or over every month. It's discipline and commitment with a vision.

The analysis is highly flawed because it assumes the savings were not invested. If the man consistently invested his savings in real estates, he could very well have properties worth over a billion Naira after 30 yrs.

The analysis assumes he received zero income from other sources aside his salary. what if his parents or an illustrious uncle left him some landed properties or herds of cattle?

Of course this is not the man is clean but we shouldn't be jumping to conclusions.
