Yam
rice
beans
Palm oil
Blended crayfish/onions/pepper/tomato paste/salt/seasoning |

(method of preparation) Put your pot on fire,and add water wash your beans & pour it into the boiling pot on fire and cook for aleast 15mins before adding for yam(the yam must be cut into pieces)then the rice goes next add salt and cook for 30mins before adding your blended crayfish,pepper,tin tomato&onions, and seasoning then palm oil follow and pumpkin leaves stir and bring down from fire and your farmhouse meal is ready. |
