Please recommend any book that has a strong female lead, or a defiant female protagonist with a badass persona. It could be any genre: horror, thriller, crime, mystery, romance, what have you. I don't care. Just name a novel having an unruly bitchy (lol) playing a major role.

I have read males quite enough and I'm impressed. I want to see what the ladies got. I want to see that lethal side that is been subdued for far too long.

I haven't read any of Ludlum's works neverthless I heard he is a talented writer. So I will add this one to my still counting list in hopes that my appetite gets satisfied. If there are others within your knowledge, please do well to put them down.
