SPECIAL Adviser to Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Political Matters, Chief Charles Idahosa, has described as laughable the claim by former Foreign Affairs Minister, Chief Tom Ikimi that the PDP will trounce the APC in the forthcoming governorship election.
He said “Ikimi is frustrated because he believes the Comrade Governor did not support him to become the National Chairman of the APC. How can Ikimi say Oshiomhole only built a clinic not a hospital, we are glad that he has confessed that he was the one that designed the state of art hospital at the Specialist Hospital.
“It shows that we will investigate his claim of being an architect because part of that building he designed collapsed and that was why the state government decided to give the job to a more competent contractor. Ikimi is just a frustrated politician, and that was why he has been jumping from one party to the other just because he did not become the national chairman of APC.
“His politics all the while is that is greed and self-interest he never cares about the interest of the people. We are not losing sleep over his boast and that of his colleagues who lost out in the APC because they will be defeated again.
“Let them be running their mouths by September 10; they will all go back to their homes. Ikimi is a golfer and not a politician, and that is why we don’t bother about him. Their candidate Ize-Iyamu knows that he is going nowhere. Most of them will not win their units as usual. Do you know how many times Ikimi has begged Oshiomhole that he wants to come back to APC?
“But because Oshiomhole knows he has no political relevance he has been adamant to receive him. So let them be deceiving themselves we shall soon know who owns Papa’s land” he declared.”

sir, you don't have to join issues with people like Ikimi. He is an irrelevant issue in Edo politics.
