Question 1 From eqn 2 Log2^x - log2^w=2 log2(x/w)=log2^4 Log cancel log x/w=4 x=4w..........(3) From eqn 1 Sub d value of x Log8^xw=2 Log8^4w²=2 Log8^4w²=log8^64 Log8 cancel log8 We have 4w²=64 Divide both sides by 4 w²=16 Take square root w= 4. Sub the value of w in eqn 3 above X=4w X=4x4 X= 16 Therefore we have that x=16 and w=4. Prove Using eqn 2 Log2^16-log2^4=2 4log2^2-2log2^2= 2 We knw dat log2^2= 1 We have that (4x1)-(2x1)=2 4-2=2 2=2. Hence d ansa is absolutely correct. Still working on question 2. Wil b bck soon.
