This is very likely a fake poster, maybe impersonator? Where is the proof it is him or is this victim mentality. Ibos always posting anything on social media but if and when they threaten others they want it to be accepted without being in their place.

This is an attention seeking post like the one of the American Doctor, whom after Ibos cried and cried they realized the world is now wiser to their tricks and just ignore them. The mods should just delete this post, as it seeks to foster hatred, abuse and violence in its message.

Really it's not the man I'm concerned about. All tribes have been speaking thrash to one another from time immemorial. Its the wife I'm concerned about. Relevant authorities should keep an eye on him. Message should get to his before stories that touch
