Civilian systems for generation of HPM and ultra wideband EM impulse etc . Pics r from 2010-2013 period. The system's have been developed by BARC and newer more powerful and efficient analogues r been realised in a step by step manner as per their needs. Drdo has to simply collaborate with the civilian agencies to develop a compact mobile military version of HPM devices for offensive and defensive role, and which is exactly what they r doing now. It should be ready for testfire withen 2-3 years.
