NINGI The recent launched police patrol team named(SAFER HIGHWAYS) are becoming a disgrace to the nation more especially those extorting motoris a long Bauchi-Ningi-kano road and even beyond,instead showing their presence besides the highways they undergoing stop cars unnecessary documents which aren't even under their constitutional Purview'as they are not the issuance/renewers of the particulars they are intimidating about it,just to collect money!!
