Their is this question concerning immunity clause given to Governors of states and the President of Nigeria lingering in my mind. If an investigation is carried out on a particular crime and a beneficiary of this immunity clause is found out to be linked with the crime,will his immunity clause be stripped from him and penalties for the crime meted out on him?
