Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom, has reiterated his assurance to provide an enabling environment for investors in the state. He spoke when a Chinese delegation from the China One Belt One Road Corporation Limited paid him a courtesy call at the Benue Peoples House, in Makurdi.
