How? You don old pass this falsehood Pa C.

When did the scavengers start their drama? This year! When did Tompolo go into hiding? This year.

Weren't states owing salary long before then? Since last year!

Non payment of salary is purely about low oil prices.... Nothing else attached..

However whatever magic happened in June, God will sustain it, hatred does not fill stomachs... hate Buhari to your heart's delight but never lose sight of the fact that old pensioners are dying... cool

Which magic happened in June? Did you not read about Kemi Adeseoun and Emefiele's presentation to the senate lasyt week? Buhari is an econopmic disaster and nothing more

Great but let's look towards non-oil sectors e.g. manufacture, agriculture etc. Instead of tax and custom rates.

what the are trying to do here is to wage a psychological war to the avengers and somehow make people think that the oil is inconsequential which is nonsense.the forget that the CBN governor said, should the attack on the oil installation continues till October the government will not be able to pay it workers by the way if you take away foreign corporation aside over 80% over that money is generated from the proudly 5% leaving all over the Zoo including Ada
me i know these things na...oya if we decide to run a test now that man would run as fast as a cheetah back to his hole...

But you rejoiced when the Niger Delta avengers reduced our oil poduction from 2,000,000BPD to less than 1,000,000?

So what did you think happened? We went to borrow? Despite all the taxation that has been introduced, you still reject the subject?

...sigh....

This is very good if real but then our hopes have been dashed several times. I can't forget the China Yuan deal that was praised to high heavens but 2da nobody is talking about it again.

Now, the implications is that there shouldn't be any excuse again so even if NDA keep blowing up things, we are good to go. Let nobody come tomorrow and start dashing our hopes again else thunder that would fire his mouth will come from Jamaica.

Kudos FG!

No magic happened in June. June is the deadline for filing and payment(of first instalment) of Companies Income Tax. This has always been the case. Maybe the fear of Fowler made more companies comply with the June deadline, but June has always been the deadline for first instalment.

Welcome developmwnt, although looks to me like Peter is being robbed to pay Paul because a large chunk of the said money is still from the already improvished citizens

Jaundiced thinking. It is the citizens that build their countries not the government. It is the people that fund their government, pay their salaries, build their infrastructure and develop their economy. Government merely organises these activities in the light of common interests. That is how the people can take control. For he who pays the piper dictates the tune. The government dictates the tune today because the people donot pay for a 'ccontrolling stake' in their country.

What the people should do now is to demand for a controlling share of the country's resources so they can pay to dictate the tune. Privatisation, resource control, education, self determination, are some of the tools which the people should demand. So what is happening is the future and we should thank the peoples of the Niger Delta forforcing these important reforms to our national psyche. It is them that are the true agents of change and in years to come folks will behin to understand why I said Goodluck Jonathan remaims the best President Nigeria ever had. Because all the things happening now were predicted and now the process must not be scuttled.

Start Googling and show us where you ever saw that, otherwise you are dumb.

My neighbour used to drink palm-oil regularly when we were young. Now that we are old, anytime he has stomach ache, he drinks palm-oil and the stomach ache will disappear. Very soon, I mean very very soon, the Ijaws too will begin to drink their oyel. Tax has come to take over from their oyel the same way that oyel took over from agriculture afterall Europe have very very little natural resources but Tax is sustaining them.

NDA can continue bombing oil facilities and destroying your environment. When Tax fully takes over from oyel, the federal government will strop oil exploitation and exploration, you can then continue living in your oil polluted land and water.
