I have no way to explain to my sharp 11 year old son, who bombarded me with questions as to why Nigerian government sympathised with German people and promised to assist them when 2 of their citizens were killed, while the same government didn't say anything about the killing of 11 of its own citizens by Fulani herdsmen..

I'm heavily ashamed of myself and the country...

How best can I handle this intelligent chap...without hurting his tender feelings...?
