THE Niger Delta Avengers has revealed that the Federal Government is using the said Peace Talk purportedly going on as a delay tactics pending when it purchased drones from the United States will arrive.

The Avengers spokesman, Brig. Gen Mudoch Agbinibo, made the disclosure in statement yesterday.

“The NDA intelligence agency gathered that the said peace talk or dialogue by the federal government is  a delay tactic employed by the federal government, to enable their purchased drones that are said to arrive latest end of August from the United State.

This whole thing makes us to wonder what kind of country is this? We can all see that President Buhari led government is fraud. They are not serious about any dialogue and made it seems the Niger Delta Avengers are the ones not ready for dialogue," the statement said.

The NDA, further said despite government purchasing the drones, it won't stop them from bringing down the country's economy.

“Mr. President you can purchase all the drones in Europe and Untied State. It won’t stop the Niger Delta Avengers from bringing the country’s economy to zero.

“The worse you can do is to kill poor innocent people which the military is good at but know the Nigeria Economy will suffer. Also noted, you will not be able to export one litre of crude in the Niger Delta. Just intensify the oil exploration in the North East as for the ones in the Niger Delta forget about it because the Nigeria government won’t export a drop from our land,” the statement concluded.

I love it.

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

This destruction of oil facilities is already turning out to be blessing in disguise for the FG and Nigeria as a whole. The proof is the 70% non oil revenue in the N559B shared by the states for June. We can expect the trend will continue as more sources of revenues come into the frame soon.

The way the civil war of 1967-1970 taught the Igbos many hard lessons such that they eventually turn out to become manufacturing/industrial hub of Nigeria economy, is the same way this sustained militancy will help the govt hasten her diversification efforts.

The only unfortunate thing for these avengers and their communities is, they will be the ultimate losers at the end while Nigeria becomes the ultimate gainer.

The so called drones Nigeria is using are actually toys - readily available for less than £20.

The have a short flight time and can only record footage - its not like they have missile firing capabilities...

What other alternative do you have to engage them? Does your govt have the equipment to fight them? The answer is no, we have no alternative!!

Not surprised you and your fellow sympathizers keep blaming the govt for the terrorists actions.

What was the reason for resumption of bombing of oil facilities in the first place?

What was the response of the terrorists when the govt sued for dialogue?

I repeat, I sincerely wish these destroyers do not stop and let's see who cries in the next two to three years.

What was the reason for resumption of bombing of oil facilities in the first place? The major reason for the resumption of bombing is as a result of the govt representative not been truthful and also sticking to their promises "MOU" signed by both waring bodies.

What was the response of the terrorists when the govt sued for dialogue? [b]ofcourse there was a sinze fire for some weeks, did u not noticed it, during wen Mr President travelled to the UK for his ear operation.
