This appears on a ladies' lap. She says the lap aches, the blister bites with some itches occasionally. Please advice me if you know it is.

Purpura rash. .. Its mainly due immune compromise... Could also be skin cancer... Let her do a skin snip or skin scrapping as her investigations and then HIV test.. Who knows |
