From the look of things, Dogara is guilty, the case involves some high ranking members of the APC that is why they don't want the matter to drag on. If Dogara goes down he will name those behind him which will be a major blow to APC because they are in power because they promised to fight corruption, it will be suicidal for them being involved in conspiracy like this.
