Which rail system did gej revitalise You see am an engineer involved in govt projects and I can tell you that most projects met or embarked upon by gej were turned into conduits for syphoning money. That's why you can hardly find a completed project under his administration.

Under gej, open bidding for contracts became useless because contracts were never awarded based on merits. Everything was done by connection i.e. by who you know.
