Our West Sussex based client is an integral part of a leading consulting, software services and Business Process Outsourcing group focused on Employee and Financial Services. This particular arm provides fully researched and developed software with a focus on pensions and actuarial valuation.



Our clients systems are deployed across all government pension schemes as well as a large number of leading FTSE100 companies.

Due to ongoing growth they now have an exciting opening for a Sales and Marketing Director to work closely with the MD to provide leadership and cohesion that will result in increased profitable growth. Key areas of responsibility will include Sales, Marketing, Brand Management and Financials. You will lead and coordinate new business sales, work with key personnel across the group to identify new markets and develop and execute a campaign to increase awareness and raise our client’s industry profile. This is a demanding role that offers excellent career opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be degree educated and may also posses an MBA or CIM designation. You will certainly have significant sales and marketing experience at a senior level with a minimum of the past 3 years spent in the pensions and/or the employee services industry with a focus on pensions software/tools. You will have a proven record of developing and implementing strategy, generating growth and change management. You will also posses first class leadership qualities, motivational skills, influence, flexibility, focus, drive and much more.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 80-100k with an uncapped OTE of 120-150k plus additional benefits.
