Seriously: if some1 came to you company and said they can do all these yet have just 2 years experience or 3 will you hire them and trust them with your product?

if he/she said that he/she:
- learned android well enough to concieve, implement and host an app onthe playstore that has achieved an impressive amount of downloads . Not just something lost on the pile of apps there.

- is a guru in software design in a serious oop language like c#-yet in 2014 s/he couldnt code "hello world!"
- has an impressive ,preferrably public, portfolio of c# work (not toy codes)
- mastered web design with all the js frameworks you can think off.
so their websites look stunning professional and polished.
silently points out that s/he is also good in photoshop and wordpress (which arent on your list)

- writes highly optimized sql, in all the major databases engines including some others like (postgres, mariadb, oracle)
- bagged a bsc in cs/c.eng
- mentored other people in software development ("the leadership skills"wink; went from noob to "strong" developer to mentor in 2-3 years and raised up mentees!!
- maintained an active social life through out the period so it wasnt like he's only a code monkey.
- knows esoteric tools like redis, memcache etc. Will not try to learn them on the job. He breathes them.

Seriously will you hire? if you received such an impressive c.v would your really consider it?

This class of Dev would need minimum of 10 years experience in Nigeria, and am sure he shouldn't be more than 26 years old too.
