A TV show in Mexico went bizarre – when a lion went for a young baby during a live broadcast. The disturbing incident unfolded on women’s show Con Sello de Mujer.

The clip begins with a toddler sat with her mum while a juvenile lion is accompanied by two trainers. But when the young girl starts to whinge slightly, the high pitched noise seems to set off something primal in the animal and it lunges at the terrified toddler.
Understandably, the girl then begins to scream uncontrollably sending the lion into full attack mode.
